Ronnie Donaldson
COO/Managing Partner
Mr. Donaldson joined EnerVision in January of 2010 as a Consultant. Mr. Donaldson supports EnerVision on multiple fronts. As a Managing Partner and COO, he has a wealth of experience and expertise to offer our clients. In his role as COO, Mr. Donaldson is responsible for managing and optimizing the firm’s operations and internal processes, as well as overseeing the financial management of the business. While focused on providing all-encompassing solutions for the needs of electric utilities, Mr. Donaldson specializes in strategic supply, resource procurement, ISO/RTO market planning and analysis and has made significant contributions on strategic planning, negotiation, forecasting, resource assessments, and regulatory and risk management solutions. On the Power Supply side, he provides analytical support for the power supply procurement, annual budgeting process, long term planning, forecasting, cost-benefit analysis, and contract comparisons. He is also being utilized in the load management/demand response solutions area and oversees the validity of power supply bill checking and ongoing changes in implementation.

Randy Brecheisen
Vice President, New Technologies
Randy Brecheisen joined EnerVision as Vice President of New Technologies in August 2016, after serving 24 years as President and CEO of Piedmont EMC, a North Carolina electric cooperative. Randy’s skills broaden EnerVision’s range of services to assist our clients to best meet their power related needs in today’s constantly changing energy industry adding expertise in the New Technologies area. Randy holds Bachelor of Science Degrees in Engineering Operations and Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University, and also holds an MBA from Duke University. Randy’s career comprises more than 42 years in the electric utility industry. Prior to joining Piedmont EMC, Randy was Senior Vice President and a Founding Principal of an electric, natural gas, and water utility consulting firm. He has testified as an expert witness on various matters before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, numerous State Regulatory Commissions, and spent six years with Duke Energy in an assortment of management related positions.
Diane Huis
Vice President
Ms. Huis has joined the EnerVision team with over 34 years of extensive knowledge and experience in resource and transmission planning, portfolio management and optimization, risk management, and business development. She is a collaborative critical thinker, with experience covering a broad range of power supply areas, where she understands the technical issues and can translate those issues for non-technical stakeholders.
Ms. Huis graduated from Georgia Tech with Honors with a BS in Industrial Engineering. She resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.
Stacy Valencia
Vice President
Although she has accomplished a great deal in her career, one accomplishment she is most proud of is her capability to lead and work with people. Ms. Valencia knows first-hand that building a team of successful, productive team members starts with leadership. She works with several groups, both personally and professionally, as a mentor to leaders and managers.
Ms. Valencia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Texas at San Antonio and resides in Wimberley, TX.
Jack Brown
Vice President
Jack joined the EnerVision team in 2024 and has 43 years of experience in the electric utility industry. His work includes more than 20 years at Garland Power & Light, with responsibilities for Business Operations including contracts and compliance activities; such as ERCOT registrations for GPL and GPL’s wholesale customers, risk management policy activities, regulatory aspects of energy, natural gas hedges and physical fuel transactions as well as market settlement and billing activities. Jack began his career at Texas Power & Light, later TXU (Oncor), working in a variety of engineering positions such as transmission and substation design, project management and construction; generation resource planning and regulation; structuring, and energy trading.
